A PASSION FOR HUMAN PERFORMANCE
For more than 25 years, my work has focused on identifying and resolving the hidden barriers that prevent people from functioning at their best. Drawing on exercise physiology, nutrition, biomechanics, metabolic and cardiovascular health, neuromuscular patterns, and bioenergetic practices, I look beyond isolated symptoms to understand how the body, mind, environment, relationships, and daily habits interact. My experience coaching athletes through 100-mile races, Ironman events, and other extreme challenges has reinforced a lesson that applies to everyone: sustainable human optimization isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about connecting the dots, restoring balance, and removing the limitations that restrict our health, performance, and potential.
